Students are informing the UiT support center that attempts to make payments on their accounts under student financials is not completing the process.
ITAC is coordinating with administrators and support staff who are currently working on the problem, and assessing the scope and impact.
Students are not being acknowledged of payment acceptance when using Student Financials Payment.
Administrators and Developers are investigating the issue. Currently there is no estimate when the service issue reported will be repaired.
The Self Service Student Financials Make a Payment selection is currently unavailable.
Developers have reached out to the payment processing institution for verification of banking services and are continuing their evaluation. A notice has been posted on the Student Financials Make a Payment page regarding this service disruption. An established time when the service will again be available has not been determined.
The Make a Payment resource under Self Service Student Financials has been restored.
